Customer Commitment

At Old English Inns we are committed to ensuring your meeting or event runs smoothly, so you can be fully focused on making your day as productive as you can. Nothing is too much trouble for your event and our aim is to deliver a consistent level of service every time!

Pre-event

  • All enquiries will be responded to, detailing rate and availability, within 4 hours.
  • Out-of-hours enquiries will be responded to before 1pm the next working day.
  • Cost proposals will be clear, with no hidden extras.
  • Courtesy call will be made 48 hours prior to the event, to review final details.

During the event

  • A Conference Host will be assigned to each event who will meet the organiser to check the details each day, provide support during the event and debrief at the end of each day.
  • Event room will be set up as requested and ready at least 3 hours before the agreed start time.
  • All audio-visual equipment will be checked and in working order.
  • Wifi is complimentary in public areas and meeting rooms for every delegate.
  • Complimentary bedroom upgrade will be offered for the organiser or trainer (subject to availability).
  • Complimentary car parking for all delegates (subject to availability).

Post-event

  • A satisfaction courtesy call will be made to the Meeting Planner within 24 hours of departure.
