We pride ourselves on the relationships we have with Booking Agents and understand the importance of a three-way relationship between the customer, agent and venue.

We have been a partner of the Hotel Booking Agents Association since the start of this year and adhere to the HBAA Code of Conduct, when doing business with any agent.

At Old English Inns we will pay 8% plus VAT commission on all Meetings & Events bookings, which are pre-booked through an agent. Day delegate and 24-hour packages, pre-booked room hire, F&B and AV equipment all qualify for commission payment.
